WordPress plugin

Install Auditto
on your WordPress site

The plugin handles asset scanning, third-party tracker watching, opt-in feed ingestion, and active blocking once authenticated with an API key. It's currently under review on the WordPress.org plugin directory — you can install today via direct upload, no manual code editing required.

Auditto v0.3.0

345 KB · Requires WordPress 6.2+ · PHP 7.4+

Download .zip

Once Auditto is published on WordPress.org, you'll also be able to install it from Plugins → Add New inside your WP admin. Until then this direct download serves the exact same code (the version submitted to wp.org).

  1. 1

    Download the plugin

Click the button above. Your browser saves auditto.zip to your downloads folder.

  2. 2

    Upload to WordPress

In your WP admin, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. Choose the file you just downloaded and click Install Now, then Activate Plugin.

  3. 3

    Get your API key

The plugin needs an Auditto API key to authenticate. Sign in at /account/api-keys and create one — the value is shown once, copy it before closing the page.

Don't have an account yet? Run a free scan from the homepage — the report email contains a magic link that signs you in.

  4. 4

Paste the key in plugin settings

Back in WP admin, open Auditto in the sidebar, paste your API key, and save. The plugin will run its first scan and start reporting back to your Auditto dashboard.

A note on installing plugins from a .zip file

Sideloading a plugin (uploading a .zip instead of installing from the WP directory) is standard practice for plugins not yet listed on WordPress.org. The file is the same code that's under review for the official directory. Once that listing is live, new users will install via Add New and updates will arrive through the regular WP update mechanism. Existing direct-download installs keep working unchanged.
